Our Civil Engineers assist in creating a pit with easy entrance point to enable super easy maintinance of the weighbridge . We use higly reliable digital load cells which are tested for superior performance and their saftety features confirming to IP68 standards so in case pit is filled with water these load cells must withstand adversre conditions of the monsoon .

TRANSDUCERS ( LOAD CELLS ) : It is base of a weighbridge . We only use pre calibrated Digital load cells confirming to the highest safety standards as per IP68 and weighing protocols as per OIML standards.Depending upon the size and capacity of a weighbridge 4 to 10 load cells are used to get the desired Capacity.
JUNCTION BOX : To sum up the output of different load cells an efficient and digital junction box ensures corner error free weighing all the time.
INTELLIGENT TERMINAL : Brain of the weighbridge , Its a kind of replacement of PC and comes in small form factor with basic and easy operation that can be understood by even a non technical person . We use ARM cortex microprocesser based motherboard to ensure large memory and failsafe operations round the clock. Compatibility with PC keyboard makes it even simpler to use. We also provide additional facitlies like triggering SMS , Sending reports on Mobile app , sending mail to customers etc . on demand .An Intelligent terminal is intelligent enough to generate all sorts of reports whether its Party wise , date wise , vehicle wise or material wise. All just at few commands and clicks.
PRINTER : To print weighing results once the weighing is completed . Compatible printers include Dot matrix as well as any Laser printer .
